Annual Dues: $535

Regular membership is designed to serve transplant professionals in the following roles:

• Surgeon;
• Physician; and
• Non-Physician Scientist.

Eligibility and Requirements

Surgeons:

• CV or resume.
• One letter of recommendation from a current regular member of ASTS.
• Must be certified by American Boards or foreign equivalent.
• Completion of transplant training in an ASTS-approved program or foreign equivalent.

Physicians:

• CV or resume.
• One letter of recommendation from a current regular member of ASTS.
• Minimum of one year of training in the practice of clinical transplantation after American Board Certification or foreign equivalent.
• Current involvement as a staff member of a clinical transplant team.

Non-physician Scientists:

• CV or resume.
• One letter of recommendation from a current regular member of ASTS.
• Must hold a doctoral degree (PhD, PharmaD, DVM, or foreign equivalent).
• Demonstrated a committed interest in transplantation.
