Abdominal Transplant Surgery Fellowship

The Transplant Accreditation & Certification Council (TACC) accredits Abdominal Transplant Surgery Fellowship Training Programs. Fellowship programs are 24-months and interested fellows must participate in the annual match. The Abdominal Transplant Surgery Match is administered through SF Match.

Resident and Medical Student Resources

ASTS offers resources for residents and medical students including the Resident Curriculum which is designed specifically for Surgery Residents who are doing a rotation in transplant surgery. 

Academic Universe

The ASTS Academic Universe contains the National Transplant Surgery Curriculum, activities for Continuing Medical Education, and additional online education resources.


Through its CME program, ASTS seeks to provide its members and other transplant team providers with education and training that is vital to quality care and patient safety. 

ATP Certificate of Educational Achievement

ASTS recognizes the integral role Advanced Transplant Providers play in the field of transplantation and now provides an opportunity to recognize your commitment to the profession. ASTS offers a Certificate of Educational Achievement to Advanced Transplant Providers with a minimum of two years of experience in transplantation. The program is designed to further your professional growth through a series of educational modules relevant to the various roles of ATPs in transplantation.
