If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the items to ASTS within 60 days of receipt of your shipment for a full product refund minus the cost of shipping and handling, provided the item(s) is returned in the condition as shipped. An exchange of products is also possible. Personalized items that arrived undamaged are excluded from this policy and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
ASTS member dues payments are final and non-refundable.
Contribution payments to the Foundation of the ASTS are final and non-refundable.
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request with your registration confirmation must be received by the date specified in the registration materials. Cancellation requests by this date will receive a refund less a processing administrative fee as outlined for each event in the registration materials. Requests will be processed after the meeting. All requests after the specified date will be forfeited 100 percent of monies paid.
ASTS generally ships ordered items within five business days. All shipping is via USPS. Exceptions may be made for personalized or bulky items and will be noted in the item description. ASTS is not responsible for interruptions in service caused by shipping carriers or third-party manufacturers.
ASTS.org uses state-of-the art security to protect your credit card data. Credit card information is transmitted through a secure payment gateway to the credit card processor, and transactions are authorized in real time. Only the last 4 digits of your card number are stored in our system. ASTS complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
