2021 Winter Symposium Registration
Registration includes access to all sessions during the Winter Symposium, as well as access to sessions on demand for one year after the meeting (until January 16, 2022). Registration also includes access to networking events and virtual activities.

*Please note registration will close on Wednesday, January 13 at 6 p.m. in order to ensure your login credentials can be processed for your participation. Registration requests after that date and time, will be processed the next day and credential email will be sent within an hour. For any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you are an exhibitor or corporate supporter, please contact email@example.com to register for the meeting. Please do not register directly through the ASTS website.
Cancellation Refund Policy
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request with your registration confirmation must be received by January 3, 2020. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $100.00 processing fee. Requests will be processed after the symposium. All requests received after January 3, 2020, will forfeit 100% of monies paid by one of the above methods.
