Registrations cancelled before January 1, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $100 fee. After, January 1, 2025 no refunds will be allowed.
Our room block at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass is Sold Out for Friday & Saturday
You can book a room at our overflow hotel, Gila River Resort - Wild Horse Pass.

You can call the reservations department at (520) 796-4900 and mention "ASTS Overflow" to receive the group room rate of $289.
Guests will provide their own credit card number to hold their reservation at the time of booking. Any modifications or additional reservations after the cutoff date of December 16 will be subject to availability.
