In recognition of the lives lost in Atlanta and in support of the Asian American/Pacific Islander community, ASTS affirms that we stand against racism, hatred, and oppression in all its forms and strongly condemn acts of violence that arise from them. Our field, our teams, and our communities must be safe spaces for everyone.

 

For those in the transplant community who need support during this time, ASTS offers wellness resources and a peer support program with transplant professionals trained in supporting others. We are proud of the diversity of our field and of our nation and will continue working toward inclusion and acceptance in all our efforts.
