Registrations cancelled before January 1, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $100 fee. After, January 1, 2025 no refunds will be allowed.
Our room block at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass is Sold Out for Friday & Saturday
You can book a room at our overflow hotel, Gila River Resort - Wild Horse Pass for Wednesday, Thursday & Friday night for $289 per night. Saturday night is sold out currently.
Book your room online OR call reservations at (520) 796-4900 and mention "ASTS Overflow" to receive the group rate.
For additional rooms for Wednesday - Sunday, you may book at the Best Western Plus. Rates start at $160 for a King Suite.
