Connecting & Finding Your Fit As an Applicant
The Fellowship Training Committee (FTC) and Pipeline Task Force are hosting a session for applicants to transplant fellowship programs about virtual interviews. The webinar will take place on Thursday, February 25 from 8:00 pm ET - 9:00 pm ET. The webinar will take place through Zoom and all attendees will receive the link to join in the confirmation email.

In the Connecting Virtually portion, Dr. McKinley will discuss how to interact with interviewers and programs to create a positive connection and leave a good impression. The Finding Your Fit As an Applicant portion will highlight ways that applicants may best determine virtually if a program is a place where they would fit in and be able to train. Dr. Tatem will discuss how the applicant can assess the program personality as a place for their own future training. After each talk, there will be a live 10-minute Q&A panel to answer any questions attendees may have regarding these topics. There will also be a general Q&A at the end of the webinar.
