2022 Winter Symposium Postponed

Due to the recent surge in COVID cases caused by the Omicron variant, the ASTS Council has made the decision to postpone the 2022 ASTS Winter Symposium originally scheduled for January 13-16, 2022.
Our new dates will be in early August 2022. We will announce the final dates as soon as they are confirmed.
At this time, ASTS has automatically rolled your registration over to the new meeting. We hope you will join us for the August dates. Individuals not able to join us in August may request a refund.
- Loews – all reservations made in the ASTS room block will be automatically cancelled. If you did not receive an email cancellation, please call the Loews at 833-474-0566.
- “A Room with A View” reservations will be automatically cancelled.
- Hyatt Hotel reservations need to be cancelled directly with the hotel at 305-428-1234.
Don’t forget to cancel your flight arrangements as soon as possible.
