Advanced Leadership Development Program Webinar 4

Overview:
The ASTS Advanced Leadership Development Program (ALDP) is an exciting enhancement to the educational program offered through the popular ASTS Leadership Development Program. The ALDP tackles the toughest leadership challenges facing leaders in transplantation. As the medical environment becomes more complex, successful transplant programs require innovative leadership strategies to remain competitive and profitable. This ambitious, year-long program is designed for senior clinical and administrative transplant leaders. We have limited the program to 40 participants to ensure a personalized and highly rewarding experience.

Program Design:

Part I: 2½ day intensive, in-residence program at the Kellogg School of Management, Evanston, IL, April 28-30, 2013

Part II: Four-part interactive webinar series - July 18, 2013, October 24, 2013, January 16, 2014 and May 13, 2014

Part III: Closing ½ day session, July 27, 2014, held in conjunction with the World Transplant Congress, San Francisco, CA
