ASTS 2018 Advocacy Day

Interested in advocating for your patients on Capitol Hill? Join us for the inaugural ASTS Advocacy Day to learn more about legislation affecting the transplant community and tools needed to strategize and hone your message. Participants will gather on October 16th for a briefing over dinner and for breakfast on the 17th before meeting with congressional office staff.
As representatives of the Society, ASTS will require all participants to:
- attend the briefing and dinner on the 16th
- advocate solely for legislation and issues ASTS identifies, and
- agree to pay for all of their own travel expenses.
There is no charge for registration. With registration, ASTS will provide: a training session and dinner, breakfast, and shuttle to transport participants from the Hyatt Regency to Capitol Hill.
ASTS has also secured a room block at a discounted rate at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport. Click here to reserve your room by Friday, September 21.

WEDNESDAY, October 17
