Registration Fees

Registration for the Winter Symposium includes all meeting sessions from Thursday, January 10–Sunday, January 13. The ATP Session, BPS & Legislative Session, and Education Workshop are included in your registration fee. Additionally, the Saturday night dinner and dancing are also included!

Please note that only Trainees and Advanced Transplant Providers who are ASTS members are eligible for the ATP & Trainee registration fee. Non-members will be charged the non-member registration rate.

If you are an exhibitor or corporate supporter, please contact maggie.kebler@asts.org to register for the meeting. Please do not register directly through the ASTS website.

Cancellation Refund Policy

To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request with your registration confirmation must be received by January 4, 2019. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $100.00 processing fee. Requests will be processed after the symposium. All requests received after January 4, 2019, will forfeit 100% of monies paid by one of the above methods.
